Hi, I'm Gisela Batista — founder of PermitPath.
I know what it feels like to navigate Ireland's employment permit system from the inside — because I've lived every stage of it personally.
When I relocated from Brazil to Ireland in 2018, I went through the sponsorship and permit process myself. In 2019, I was granted my own employment permit and began building my life and career here. I learned every requirement, every deadline, and every detail — not from a textbook, but from real experience.
That journey didn't end with my own permit. I am now on the path to Irish citizenship — which means I have personally navigated every major stage of Ireland's immigration and permit system, from first arrival to residency to naturalisation.
